MoSDA is coordinating the first-annual Governance Education & Resources Summit Series for 2026.
Each of the five regional events are rooted in networking among special district leaders to better understand one another’s operations and strengthen ties, all while gleaning important perspectives and resources to advance community services.

MoSDA’s Summer & Fall Legislative Roundtable Series bring special district leaders together to directly address legislative and regulatory issues impacting special districts’ ability to best serve their communities. Local, state, and federal lawmakers as well as community stakeholders are invited to each roundtable to engage with district leaders at each event.

Missouri Special Districts Association Members receive invitations to join fellow district leaders from across the state for a monthly conversation on policy matters, trending governance issues, and other tidbits for special districts of all types.
Coordinating Calls are hosted in the final week of each month via Zoom.

Each roundtable is open to special district leaders at no cost. Light refreshments available (coffee, pastries, etc.)
Each event is scheduled for 90 minutes. A facility tour may follow.
Local, state, and federal lawmakers representing each "foucus area", their offices/staff, and other key stakeholder organizations are invited to attend each event to directly engage in a robust conversation about policy issues impacting districts
